Her creative path began in 2009 as a portrait photographer. In 2016 she and her friend opened Inlight studios - an interior multi-room photo studio in Kyiv. Later they founded the Inlight Academy (photography school) and Inlight Production.

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Maria was forced to temporarily evacuate to the Czech Republic and started working as a hi-end retoucher there.

This period in her life gave her the opportunity to meet beauty photographers from around the world, their work inspired Maria to start developing beauty photography in Ukraine when she came back home.

Now Maria is working as a photographer and retoucher and also giving lectures for Inlight Academy students on photo retouching in Kyiv.
